Harry Rex Group uses the latest technology to expedite and to extricate the tedious coordination tasks. We are personable group of people who strive to make every client very happy every day.

Harry Rex Group has been structural engineer-of-record for a number of complex and challenging multi-family residential, hospitality, office, commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, education, data centers, cultural, industrial, and other types of buildings; as well as renovation, restoration, condition assessment, and envelope investigation. We have the capability to document the construction drawings in either Revit (BIM), or in AutoCAD as needed by client.

Our “outside of the box” approach has saved unnecessary costs, and has expedited the projects. Harry Rex Group further takes pride in our comprehensive construction document (CD), thus we receive very few RFI’s (Request For Information), and our CD’s are usually approved by permitting authorities with minor comments, if any. Last but not least, clients will be working directly with an individual with more than 20 years of diverse experience, and a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering.

Harry Rex Group LLC was established in Virginia, and then moved to downtown Silver Spring in 2013. Our clients, in alphabetical order, are architects, corporations (public and private), developers, general contractors, government agencies, high technology companies, interior designers, international A/E firms, owners, and property managers.

A member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP). We actively participate in professional organizations in USA and overseas to keep abreast of the latest development in our industry. We attend and participate in symposiums nationally and internationally. We also network with many professionals locally and across the globe.

Harry Rex Group supports communities, charities, and green initiatives through volunteer works.
